Daily physical activity is of course a major part of healthy weight loss. You don't have to run a marathon daily, but ensure you do something. This simply means walking, taking the stairs or doing house work. Whatever gets your blood pumping. Exercise need not be a chore nor should it be too time consuming.

I have been dieting all my life, incorperating excersize for most of it. This last month I have really kicked it up a notch and started realy counting calories, excersizing every day. Getting in yoga, strength and cardio. I eat pretty healthy, and my caloric intake is about 1200 or under a day. I know how to lose weight healthy, keeping my metabolism up, and all that jazz but it seems that I have hit a plateu and stopped losing weight. I cannot get past 123 lbs. my goal weight is 106 lbs. (im only 5 feet so its resonable) Ive stayed the same weight for weeks now and cannot get past it. I was wondering if i should go on the lemonade diet. I know I have the chance of gaining the weight back, but im confident that i can take up my excersize level and wien myself back onto foods safely after it. You can tell me all you want I will gain the weight back, but I jsut want to know if the lemonade diet will help me lose this weight. Im hophint for 10 to 15 pounds, and im willing to stay on it for 14 days, no more than that though. Do you think I could see a difference in my body after wards? a change in weight? im not that big, but i could definetely be alot smaller. I want to be noticably thinner after the 14 days. I am 12 (almost 13) 5"3, and 97 pounds. I wanna lose weight to get to 90 and I'll stop and still be healthy and not anorexic. I ate differently today cuz I ent to a family gatherng and had three yellow oros and chocolate cake, after lunch. Then for supper I had subway with some sunchips and apple. I know not healthy but I usually dont eat like that. So here's my plan for the next couple months or so. Breakfast- Water Wheat Toast w/ (which is etter jelly, peanutbutter, or butter, or none?) The bread is 90 calories. The peanut butter we have is 140 calories, the jelly is 50, and butter is 80 er 2 tble spoons. Lunch- Sandwich on oatmeal bread w/ lettuce and cheese - 190 calories Apple- About 80 calories Special K, Fiber one, Goldfish, or other? (Which one?) Dinner- What mom makes Snack- I try to be under 190 calories. Excercise- Gym Class, and 5 laps around my woods right after school. (Roughly 2 1/2 miles) Should I also shoot basket for 30 minutes?) im a teenager turning 15 and weigh 87kg (190lb). dont know my height but about 5 feet.. and i dont want to turn 16 overweight! i have a whole year to lose like about 50kg or 100lb (approximately) and i would love any help that is um..helpful plz anything, how to exercize? when to exersize? what to exercise? how to eat? when to eat? what to eat? anything! maybe send some sites that can help plz i got an elliptical which i go on every weekday in the mornings for 30min.i play sport 2 times a week each session an hour and i walk 2 school. maybe its what i eat but what i dont eat is sweets, chocolates onli drink water and sumtimes greentea (but i dont think its the real 1 coz it duznt taste as bad as people say) um yea but no im not depriving myself of these things, i just happen to not like them verri much... so wateva im doing wrong plz help.. also with meal plans coz i think thats mite be where the problem lies.. thanks
