Daily physical activity is of course a major part of healthy weight loss. You don't have to run a marathon daily, but ensure you do something. This simply means walking, taking the stairs or doing house work. Whatever gets your blood pumping. Exercise need not be a chore nor should it be too time consuming.

i have got a friend who weighs 80 pounds, she is "5. 2" height she is soooooooo amused of the way she looks like. always thinks negative about the way people see her, her dressing e.t.c she's been trying to lose weight since 13 years old but failed to reach her goal. she will be going college this year in sept. hopes to be size 10-12 at least. she is size 18 now and for a 15 year old i think it is tooo fat i don't what to say or do to help her so i need help from as many ppl as possible to help her gain her goals in life.

So, i've always been a chubby guy, never really fat, but have some extra weight around my midsection. I work out every day, go down to a park and play basketball with locals, nearly every day, and i am starting to try and lose some weight before summer. I want to start to eat better as well, so i was wondering how many calories i need to have to lose weight, but at a healthy pace. I'm up to 195 now (yikes) and i'm only about 5'9, but i do have alot of muscle mass so it's not like im huge or anything. Also wondering what the ideal weight for 5'8-5'9 is.

My weight is 75 kgs ... And i'm welling 2 lose about 5-7 Kgs every month till I reach my goal That's What I Do ........ i have 3 meals everyday and I drink green tea after each meal ..
