This simply means walking, taking the stairs or doing house work. Whatever gets your blood pumping. Exercise need not be a chore nor should it be too time consuming.

I've been losing weight healthy I've lost 20 pounds in almost 4 months I weigh 138 Keep in mind i'm only 5'2 And im a chickkk. The differance is noticeable I dropped at least 2 sizes in jeans But i still have my problem My hips/love handles there huge compared to the rest of my body The only exersizeing i do is cardio i won't do anything that will make me gain muscle But is there anything i can do to get rid of them? I naturaly have wider hips tho and i'm ok with that if i don't have love handles Is there anything i can do or do i just keep losing weight and eventually they'll go away?
