Hello, I am trying to, and have been for a while trying to loose weight. I am a 17 year old male, weighing 252Lb. and am 5Ft." 11Inches. I became addicted to a video game and the weight just kept piling on. Now I am on my way to college and would like to try to get into a regimine to loose it, or atleast some of if before I head out. I do not belong to a GYM however I do own many exercise equipments. I would like to eventually reach about 160Lb. I just had a baby 5 months ago and i just recently started working out again. I have been doing strength training and cardio.
